All in total 4 rounds are conducted by different people, at first the company didn't raised any issues on the recent or past job experience and will only discuss the candidates resume only.
When enquired regarding the CTC provided they will eventually say its not an issue and would readly promise of uptill 10 lac ctc will be provided incentives separately.
I would say it openly the inside sales employee that took my last round raised questions onthe performance capability of a candidate on the assumptions basis just because he himself thinks its impossible to achieve it. Such kind of mindset shows the signs of incapability to follow professional conduct in workplace along with inferiority complex of being overshadowed.
So laslty despite of clearing all the rounds and ready to share the performance documents and others if asked, I was just conveyed that i am not shortlisted with no explanation or reasoning from HR.
HIGHLY advised ( Kindly discuss on the CTC right from the 1st call or round only, its completely useless to continue if they cannot or unwilling to pay the compensation you are asking for.)
