The interview process was pretty straight forward. I initially met the recruiter at a virtual job fair through my university. From there I had 2 more rounds of interviews. From the initial job fair to the job offer, time frame was about 1 month.

The interview questions were a mix of standard questions and personal questions. They asked me questions related to my work ethic, time management, and about the previous design projects I worked on. The personal questions included what my hobbies were, and what kind of music I liked.
