I enjoyed my experience interviewing with Flare even though I didn’t get an offer. I had the screening call which went well, then I went on to have 2 more interviews with company leadership. They were definitely pleasant conversations, but the recruiting team quickly let me know afterwards that I would not proceed. The recruiting team then stopped responding to me, which I guess is a bit rude.
