By far the worst interview process I have gone through. I have noted the points why I feel this way. 1. Every company takes interview round first and then goes for salary discussion, I don't know why the HR started discussing the salary first instead of going for interview first. 2. The way hr was talking to me was totally unacceptable. I asked for in hand hike of 17k because my current salary was too low based on the market standards and the amount I asked was fitting very well as per their requirement, they said 4-7 and the amount I asked was pretty well in between the salary range they mentioned in naukri. But then the HR started saying how can you ask for such amount, you don't know the world outside. He was saying when you switch a company you can only get 10-20 percent hike and started saying you don't know anything and all , which was totally unacceptable. I would advise anyone who is looking to join the team, kindly check the interview process they are following and decide. For me the interview process was totally opposite of the standard process.
