I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional interview experience with this company. From the outset, the tone was set by an inappropriate question: the interviewer asked if I was interested in knowing why another person was wearing a hat, as if the interview process was a joke. The CTO conducted the interview in an incredibly rude manner. They constantly interrupted me and seemed uninterested in listening to my answers. At one point, a random person who wasn't even part of the interview process joined the call, which was highly unusual and unprofessional. The interviewers asked intrusive questions about why I was leaving my current job and why I held shares in my company, all in a very confrontational way. Despite asking me to explain my business twice, they never bothered to explain their own business or role. The salary offered was extremely low, especially considering their unreasonably high expectations. There was zero respect shown for me as a candidate throughout the entire process. Overall, this interview left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. I would strongly advise future candidates to avoid interviewing with this company, as the experience can be quite traumatizing. The complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking.
