I was contacted on a Friday by HR, after having applied online; offered multiple time slots for a phone interview. I picked a time on the following Monday. 2 hours before my interview, I received request from HR to resend my resume, which I did. Minutes later HR wrote back to say the job had changed over the weekend; interview cancelled.

Any company that sets up an interview, loses your resume, then cancels the interview scant hours before is just plain rude. I can only assume this reflects on their culture.
