I was contacted by Five Journeys almost immediately after applying. I did two interviews via zoom and one "third" interview where I shadowed and spent half of a day with the company. After two weeks, and two unanswered emails, I finally wrote an email discussing my concerns about their lack of communication. At that point, they returned my email saying they were going in a different direction. They said they had "reached out" to me via Indeed, which is simply not true. Three interviews is a lot of time to spend with a company for them to completely ghost you, offering no feedback.
