Went through three interviews and then never heard back, despite sending follow-up emails. In my opinion, ghosting a candidate after taking their time and effort is extremely unprofessional and reflects the characters of the people who work there. Interviews are not easy for jobseekers, and there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for ghosting. Especially after multiple interviews.
