I had a phone interview which was pretty simple. They then asked me to come to the NYC HQ. I meet with two analysts, which was pretty straight fowrda, but the tricky part came later. The had me to an Excel quiz. I had a blank spreadsheet and they asked me to do certain formulas, like SumTotal, Pivot Tables, VLookUp, etc. Then I had 45 min. to qrite a research report. They gave me a two page report about a fictional company, then I had to write a ONE page report on the firm.
