Telephone interview followed by 3 hour in person interview; they have a high turn over rate which tells me that they interview often off of a static hiring recipe. There is really nothing out of the ordinary or challenging, it's current state of office hiring is reminiscent of older low tech companies.

Name a time you had an adversarial time with a fellow employee; describe you may have had different views and how you overcame them style questioning. Typical interview questions.
Three rounds of interviews. HR, Hiring and Hiring's peer. Radio silence for 3-4 weeks and suddenly said you are hired. Regional HR doesn't care if you are not working in the same office with them.

First had a screen with HR, then the hiring manger, then the team members I would be working with. After that it took some time for HR to reach back out. I had to follow up 2 times.
