First round interview with hiring manger, the Director and was pretty laid back, then I had an interview with the VP of the Proposal Operations team and that interview was a step up in the questioning and detail of my experience. Also was hired interally

Three interview - two by phone and one face to face. The face to face interview was very taxing. I was grilled for an hour. Almost shouted at. It was very strange and I felt very confused and angry about it afterwards. I'm unsure if this is the standard process but definitely the weirdest interview I've ever had.
