There was 1 round on hacker rank test, once you cleared the test then there was 1 technical F2F discussion round there were asked only few questions once done with 2nd round i was waiting for feedback of 2nd round so i have asked feedback to hr, Hr directly said to leave for the day without getting feedback from interviewer even he don't know my name. So it's totally dumb process, lots of people's came over there and it's same happening almost all candidates. I would suggest before going to interview first discuss with HR related to the entire interview process otherwise it's totally wasting your time. Interview was scheduled on 21th Dec 2019 at pune location. If someone got the offer in the same day please let me know.

I was called for an interview by one of the HRs. I reached there on time and they were conducting a short test. I cleared the test and then was waiting for my interview. There were many candidates and to my surprise only 3 interview panels. Anyway I waited for more than 3 hours and then my interview started. There were many things wrong about the interview. 1. Interviewer couldn’t speak properly and I was having hard time understanding his questions. 2. He was rude and egoistic. Any answer that didn’t match his expected answer was labeled totally wrong. 3. His job was to only evaluate the candidate. But he took it really personal and when I counter questioned his reasoning he started humiliating me. His ego literally couldn’t take that. 4. He was trying to prove me wrong for all the answers i gave. He asked me to go back home and check my learning. Which I did, I searched all the answers and guess what my answers were right all the time. 5. Fiserv’s management was also not good. They had arranged lunch only for those candidates who cleared the interview. Rest of them were clearly not qualified enough to have lunch. I had high hopes for this company. I really wanted to get in. But I guess I will stay away from them for the rest of my life.
