This was an on campus internship, the hiring steps were as follows. 1. Resume Shortlisting - Around 40% of the actual strength cleared the resume shortlisting, and this is completely company dependent. 2. Group Discussion - A group of 5 to 6 students is formed and were directed to attend a Microsoft Teams call. A topic was given to students to discuss among and one of the hiring team was observing each other's performances. 3. Technical Interview Round - This round was conducted almost after 3 weeks of the GD. Around 50% of the students from the GD were shortlisted into the tech interview round. Questions were mostly dependent on the projects in your resume and their real life applications along with a slight touch of basic DSA. Overall Difficulty: Easy if you are familiar with the projects in your resume 4. Managerial Interview Round - This round was conducted almost 1 month after the tech interview. Most questions were from OOPS and SQL(it was mentioned in my resume) and questions related to previous work experiences like online internships etc., if it is mentioned in your resume. Overall Difficulty: Medium because the standard of OOPS questions in this interview is higher than most of the other interviews. 5. HR Round - This round included all real life questions and behavioral questions.

The interview process was very comfortable and it had 1 gd round then shortlisted students went to the round tech interview. Then again they are shortlisted for managerial round but technical questions were asked in this round too. Finally, 25 of us were selected
