The recruiters are very disorganized. I think I spoke to two different recruiters and I found it really odd that they kept trying to contact me via phone/vm/text only. She left a vm and no email so I had to call her back and she kept coordinating with me through text. Texting seems unprofessional for some reason. Then it was first round with a designer and last round was the hiring manager with two designers. It was like a round robin of questions then on to whiteboarding. I had to draw on a sheet of paper and hold it up to the camera... I also found it odd the hiring manager was the only one that didn't have her camera on. Anyhow she seems to be really into UXR so I would recommend your answers be geared towards research and data. Afterwards, not a peep from HR or anyone from the company. If I wasn't a fit that's fine but have the courtesy to respond back.
