I got a call from AZ7 Consultancy Bangalore to have interview with Fiserv and scheduled on Saturday 10 AM. It was started on time and i have been called for my Technical Interview at 11 AM, It went for 1 Hr 30 Min, Interviewer asked me in depth questions from OOPs, C#.net, ASP.net, SQL Server, WCF Service. Interviewer asked me to wait for Manager round and finished in 20 min. Here is the twist comes, they called me for HR round. When i asked them i am expecting 30% hike, HR(Neeta) shown all face expressions as i have done some crime. She said there is some miscommunication from Consultancy, let me figure it out in evening, we can give only 25% Hike.As we all know, Infact without asking all company gives 30% Hike but this company has their own policy.Any how i have accepted this Offer as this was my First Interview during Job Hunt.She said she will share the Salary Break up in few days and if you accept that we will be sending the Offer Letter. Friends Don't believe this company, they are Fraud. They have send me the Salary Breakup and after my acceptance they didn't send any Offer Letter till today. After following up multiple times there was no response.

Entrevista
During interview i have 3 times asked DSA on every level DSA round was going to level up with difficult Problems. But i failed in third time DSA technical round due to level of DSA asked. I am not sure why to many rounds prefer. They have not asked the real question about my work and experience in third round i prepared for system design, scenario based with my mindset.
But I personally feel company will be quite good to work. Don't consider its bad review.

Entrevista
Had two virtual interviews: HR followed by a technical.
The HR interview was the standard process of getting your career background, why you're interested in the role, etc. Essentially finding out if you're a culture fit.
The technical interview was virtual with you being interviewed by 4 engineers. The questions covered high level concepts of technology and processes you have used on projects listed on your resume.
The problem was that one of the interviewers dominated the interview, consistently interrupting both me while responding, and their fellow interviewers to ask their own questions (looking at the faces for some of the interviewers, they were surprised at this occurring).
This felt very unprofessional on that person and ruined an otherwise fine interview session.
After that, I was ghosted by the talent acquisition manager for the company for weeks. This was after they had insisted they needed to move quickly to hire someone and how responsive they had been before the technical interview.
At least give the courtesy of an email rejection to candidates.

Whole process was about two weeks long. First round was to check your fit to the role and talked about past experiences mentioned on your Resume.
