Started with asking about my background, then why did I want the job and what could I bring to the organisation, before asking some competency questions. I was made to feel at ease and I thought the interviewers were very good and we got on well.

The interview took place via teams online with a senior manager and notetaker and involved a series of questions and scenarios relating to my previous experience and capabilities in the property industry
