It was a simple interview process. There was only one in-person interview with the administrative director. Very predictable questions throughout the interview. Heard back very quickly about a job offer.
Asked me what I knew about ABA and how I would handle a de-escalation situation. Also, they asked about my knowledge on Autism. They asked if I knew difference between reinforcement and punishment and to provide examples of it.
