In-depth interview process that included creating and giving a presentation to the executive leadership team before a final decision was made whether or not to extend an offer. Interview process took 60-days and consisted of 9 separate interviews. Overall, I am a promoter of this style of interviewing as it gave me a solid idea of the company, culture and the position itself.

They had asked me what I understood about the job. Be sure to ask the interviewers to explain the job description and the hours involved. Their interpretation and your interpretation can be very different. Also, they advertise the job as a Director position and I did not realize, until it was to late, I had a Manager title.
