I interviewed last year, spoke with their internal HR recruiter after two rounds of interviews with the teams. Loved the team. The HR representative did not give their company a good look. I asked for the company’s benefits and when she mentioned three weeks of pto. I asked if that was negotiable bc I currently have unlimited pto. She proceeded to get snarky and said it’s company policy, they don’t change it for one person. I only asked if it was possible to request for an additional week of pto bc post pandemic, I wanted to make sure I have enough to cover sick from traveling as this is a travel job. Her respond was very rude and uncalled for. She then lied about me to the external recruiter and said I complained about their company policy. If this is company culture, it’s not a right fit for anybody. A year later and I still see the job req open. I wonder why you can’t fill this position, look into your internal recruiter
