The interview process was easy and the hiring manager is extremely nice. They were very flexible in accommodating my schedule and willing to give me any hours I asked for. The questions were typical of the role, such as “why do you enjoy being a caregiver” and “what would you do in a situation if X happens”. There is quite a lot of paperwork and training needed before hire, including a level 2 background check and a TB test. It usually takes about 2 weeks to complete training before beginning work.
