As part of the selection process for the Full-stack Development Internship, I had the opportunity to attend a one-on-one interview. This interaction was both insightful and professionally conducted, allowing me to present my skills and learn more about the expectations of the role. I highlighted my educational background, technical skills, and past project experiences, focusing on areas relevant to full-stack development such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend technologies like Node.js and databases. Following the introduction, the interviewer asked a series of questions that tested both my technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. I was asked to explain my approach to building a responsive web application, how I manage state in frontend frameworks, and how I connect the frontend with backend APIs. I also answered scenario-based questions to assess my logical thinking and ability to debug code. What made the one-on-one format valuable was the personalized feedback I received.
