Helpful and informative information followed by many questions. The third round of interviews contain 3 alternative interviews lasting about 30 minutes with different team members. This is to make sure I would be a good fit in the team I was applying to work for.
There was a phone call with a recruiter, and then three rounds on interviews (two manager rounds, and one team round). It was mainly behavioral, and not so technical. They also broke down the role, and offered different career pathways from this role.

Why do you want to go/ what do you know about Wealth Management?
Three or four rounds of interviews with the VP and current associates, timely response from the HR team overall process took about 5 weeks from the first round to the final decision. Very friendly and professional tone. Mostly behavioral questions as this is an entry-level position.
