Applied online through a professionals website. About 10 days later, I had the initial screening interview and then three days later I had a scheduled phone interview with the hiring manager. All through the 2nd interview I got the impression they were just going through the motions. The interview was only scheduled for 30 minutes - it lasted about 20 minutes. The interviewer walked me through areas of my resume. I could hear the click-clack of keyboard keys throughout the interview. The interviewer seemed obsessed with why I would relocate to San Francisco. Not why I wanted to work for the Bank - why I would relocate to San Francisco. Within an hour after the interview I received an email stating they were moving on with another candidate. Like I said, I got the feeling they had already decided, and the interview was pro forma.

Sham interview . They had already identified an internal candidate. Wasted my time, told me I was very well qualified for the role and then made excuses later. Screwing process followed by in person interview rounds with panels of directors

It was a smooth process and also the HR ensured that everything happened in ease and also I did not had to spent more time in documentation. Overall it was a really good experience and a good company to work for!

Had 6 rounds and each interviewer asked several of the same questions. I received ambiguous and contradictory information about the role, including being interviewed by a prospective direct report. I was asked if I would "stop" my consulting services if I was hired full-time. Suffice to say, these red flags led me to withdraw consideration so I could focus on other companies where there was more structure and clarity from the hiring manager and team.
