The interview process involved enough people that they covered their bases although some interviewers clearly had no preparation, not read my resume or had a clue of what my job consisted of specifically - besides Project Management.

Focus on interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and some degree of diplomacy/political correctness
Questions tend to focus on domain knowledge for the type of project you would interview for. This can be challenging when multiple interviewers ask you about their specific area of concern.
Great long process multiple interviews this bank is no longer in business brought by chase. Former employees are scattered throughout footprint no other banks around that are like first republic bank

Phone screen, manager call, 2 panel rounds of 3 people each for 30 minutes. Well organized for different themes. Recruiter moved through and scheduled quickly so it was very smooth and well organized overall.

Lengthy process with over 6 people across 4 weeks so be prepared. The bank is known for having a slow process for hiring but it results in very low turnover
