A recruiter contacted me for a phone interview screening that took about 30 minutes. Next was the scheduling of an interview with the HR Manager. The recruiter was hands on, at first. They kept me updated of the schedule for the HR Interview and of course, I responded a confirmation. When I got into meeting link provided, I immediately messaged the recruiter that I was already waiting and I received no response. I waited for 40 minutes and no one showed up. After that, they completed ghosted the whole process. I also saw from another platform that they also ghosted an applicant so it's a common occurrence.
