It seems that to be hired on here you need to be a member of the family, or a close friend. If not, you need to be an industry brown noser. The hiring process is average and they usually make a decision on your first interview, but you are not always aware of it. If you do not hear anything with in a few days, then it is a no. If you get a call out of the blew weeks later it means their initial choice fell through and they are looking for a quick fix until they find just what they want, so proceed with caution.
