The interview was very behavioral. The only difficult part of the interview is that you need to be knowledgable on the history of the company. There were two rounds, the first being a screening call, and the second was a three interviewer panel with an analyst, a VP, and an MD.

I first interviewed with the recruiter over the phone. It was a brief 30-minute call. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager which was another 30 minute Teams call. Then, I interviewed with a senior manager which was scheduled for an hour but only lasted about 45 minutes via Teams. All interviews were very conversational and not technical. I believe most, if not all, of the time spent in the interviews was to see if I fit the company's culture.
