Started with a 15 minute phone interview with the District recruiter followed by a informal sitdown interview of two District level Managers. Most of the dialoge was directed towards a persons integrity while making decisions that financially effect the bottom line. The process was quick & comfortable. The environment was pleasant & inviting.

Brief and rehearsed by interviewer. Extensive on line application. Long wait for first call. longer wait for results of background and drug test evaluation. Almost had to take another job I didn't not want just to pay the bills.
