The interview process was deceptive. My boss misled me about the hours I'd be working (mostly 40 hour week with occasional overtime). I ended up working 65 hours a week. He also lied about the duties. During the interview process I told him I don't work Tier 1 helpdesk. He assured me that all helpdesk questions would come to the two guys working that position first and then if they couldn't solve it I would be consulted. My first day there he put me on help desk and had me start working tickets.
