2 Interview Rounds. They will try and make it sound like it’s not door to door sales but it is, also they will avoid the question if you straight up ask it. Also they will misrepresent pay and make it sound like it’s fixed, it’s not it’s all commission. Overall they will not be transparent and make the position sound as vague as possible. They want to hire you because of their absurd turnover rate. Doesn’t matter who you are, your probably going to be hired they are selling themselves to you, don’t get it twisted.
