A friendly chat with the F&B manager and the Bar manager was followed by creating some classic cocktails. It`s important to have the drinks right but also the interaction. If you tell them a fun story while making the drinks you get in. After the interview I was sent to the head office to have a chat with the HR department- that was a sort of personality test.
