Present n expected salary was discussed. Then was asked to wait as some senior Hr person was to take second interview. After sometime got a call telling that the concern Hr person is busy and they will. Get back later. On the 6th day got a call asking to. Go to Lower Parel and meet the management personnel. Interview goes well Even after a week they do not give any response. And then to my surprise find a new advertisement for same post. This time salary budget is mentioned which is just 60% of the ctc discussed with the Hr. Clearly implying that Hr doesn't know what it is looking for. A very unprofessional Hr.
