- Phone call with the CTO - Zoom technical coding interview with an engineer - Onsite interview with VP R&D and CTO - Onsite interview with CEO The position was changed to "Senior Backend Engineer" when the process started, which is not what they advertised/posted. The process was pretty easy and straightforward. After the interview with the CEO, they sent a rejection email without real explanation which is weird since I was a top candidate. Not a nice way to treat someone at this stage.
