Application process was rather cumbersome. One of those "please send us the CV and then fill in all the same information into our system" type of ordeal. However, both interviews themselves were rather nice. I liked it, because it wasn't overly technical. In the age, when most companies give nonsensical test and then mercilessly grill candidate in attempt to put pressure on them, Finnair felt like a breath of fresh air. They did ask technical questions in relation to iOS, but primarily focus was to get to know each other and see whether both parties would be a right fit.
