Typical phone screen with recruiter that went well. A week later had a phone interview with the hiring manager that went well. Another week went by and was told they were making decisions about who to bring in for F2F interviews and would be updated. Never was, sent multiple emails requesting an update and finally a week later I sent an email saying that I assumed they were pursuing other candidates. Got a response in 10 minutes saying that they were. Process took 3 weeks and had to beg for updates. Unprofessional.

General IT experience troubleshooting questions. What salary are you looking for? I gave an answer that was too high and was asked for previous salaries that were lower and was told “oh so you’re flexible”
