I sat down with the manager. He asked me my previous experience. I didnt have any so we talked about shoes and why I want the position. I told him about the different shoes I had. He asked me hypothetical what if type questions regarding how to interact with customers .
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
