The interview process was very simple and easy. The manager mostly asked questions that gauged why I wanted to work at Finish Line and my knowledge of the product. There was a lot of questions that revolved around the product and how would you convince a customer to buy a certain product.
it was a pretty chill interview, the person was extremely nice and straight to the point. he asked a few things about me, how i think i could contribute to the team and my availability

Painless process but quite a bit of questions . There was an online test that was a little tricky. After that you still had to do a sales pitch in store.

Online application . Called me for a phone interview then asked to set up an interview one on one few days later. Talked about why I wanted to work there and how did I hear about them. Also asked my availability .
