I applied online and was called in for an interview a few days later. After the interview with a current worker, she told me I would get a phone call for further details. A few days later I got called in again to take in my resume and I went in to drop off my resume and talk to the manager about my availability. I was told I would get a call to see if I got hired or not, but never received a call back.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
