I was contacted by someone in HR. Then had to complete their assessments. This included a Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Tests at which point I lost interest in the company. Then it was 2 rounds of interviews. Got the offer and declined because I do not want to work for a company that uses CCAT that does not prove anything.
