Very quick and easy! I applied, got a message from a recruiter via LinkedIn to chat over the phone and everything came into place from there. I had a few conversations with the Recruiter before taking on the CCAT and Skype Interview. I had a Skype Interview Call with the hiring manager; she was great at explaining the position and what they were looking for. We spoke on the phone for about an hour regarding my experience, who i am and how I can fit in at Finastra. Two days later I was offered the job.
