Cattle call interview - single interviewer, multiple simultaneous candidates. Questions were surface-level behavioral questions intended to gauge candidate receptiveness. Interview was not for position advertised, but for door-to-door sales, which the interviewer was fairly evasive about until the very end of the interview. There is nothing wrong with door to door sales but being dishonest about the position being advertised for, such as requesting communications professionals for a door to door sales position, is simply wrong.
