You meet with a rep from HR to screen and see if you are a good candidate for the company. Based on your meeting with HR, you will be introduced to the manager of the department you applied for or multiple managers of positions you may be a good fit for. Depending on what departments you are meeting with, it can be a long interview. There are some that really like to chat.
