The recruiter was really eager to have me apply, though they were already towards the end of their search process. They required a homework assignment as part of the interview process, which I quickly completed. After passing the first interview with their HR person, then I was interviewed with the hiring team (boss, co-workers). The whole process took about 2 weeks.
