I was interviewed by the CEO, the Director of Marketing, and then by the HR Director. The interviewers interesting and friendly, full of ideas, and informative about the company, its product, and its overall vision. The questions put to me were fair, to the point, and relevant to the job in question. It was really clear to me from the outset that the people at FileCloud really believe in the company and its product. It was also obvious that this is a company where those in senior positions are very involved with the running of the company at every level, while also giving people freedom to innovate. There is no "us" versus "them" at FileCloud. Instead, there is a strong ethos around maintaining a good team atmosphere throughout the company to encourage collaboration. From the first interview, I was really hoping I could join FileCloud and continue to be really happy that I was able to do so.
