They will make you wait and they will also act special. Managers are incompetent. The technical guy is clueless. Observing the machines of the developers you'll find obesolete and utterly laughable machinery. If you are called for an interview with this company casually decline because you will just waste time. They have one of the worst corporate cultures as said by previous workers of this company. If I was the owner I would fire the top managers and start fresh.
