I was originally offered a CSR role, but I found the Account Administrative Associate to be a better fit. The interview was great and very quick/easy. It was a bit confusing on some of the interview time. I gave my availability, and they didn't have any time slots available which became a lot of back and forth. I'd recommend having the interviewer's time available be given ahead of time to allow interviewees to adjust their schedules to meet at least one of the time slots.
