Got reached out to by a third party recruiter and did a 10ish minute phone screening the next day. Did a fairly simple writing assessment, 2 questions about yourself and 2 sample email responses. Hiring team reviews it and about 3 days later I get scheduled for a 30 minute Zoom interview with one of the Product Support Managers and a Quality Assurance Manager. 2 (business) days later I got an offer. Overall really great experience meeting everyone, the interview questions I felt were relevant and the interviewers were very kind. My questions were answered as well and everyone involved was very responsive outside of screenings and interviews.
I know some people have issues with this (me included), but the STAR method is really good for all of these. I wasn't exactly prepared for those specific interview questions so I was going off the dome, but if you make a template with the method for these questions there's no doubt you'll make it.

Friendly and open, liked the TA person. They confirmed they are understaffed but they are actively hiring.
