Typical tech process. Screening call --> hiring manager --> assessment -->team interview
Generally friendly people who were easy to speak with. Process however is one of the worst recruiting processes I have encountered. No one will return your emails. Although they encourage questions no one will answer them, was notified of my interview less than a day before. Comparable companies have far better processes and do a much better job at setting you up for success in interviews. I see a lot of mention of diversity and interest in neurodivergent people but no system in place to support their success. They focus on specific experience doing tasks which is fair but unbalanced bc they never asked through the whole process why I was interested in Figma or behavioral questions in general. Which is odd. High expectations for candidates yet they are unable to answer simple questions about their culture and WFH strategy.

The interview process took about 4 weeks from start to finish and included a screen with the recruiter, 30 min interview with the HM, a 3 hour panel interview with 4 different interviewers, a presentation to the same group of interviewers, and a 30 min interview with the VP of the team. Recruiting was organized, efficient, and communicative throughout the process.

I had a call with someone from the recruitment team in EMEA. It was a very short interview, and the interviewer just seemed eager to get off the call. was not a very pleasant interview experience at all as there was no eagerness to get to know more about me or any attempt to ask me job-related questions.
