Process begins with a recruiter of 5/3 calling you to briefly talk about experiences/background. If you move on, you meet with a regional manager for a formal virtual interview. Then, if offered the job, the recruiter will call back to discuss it. The regional manager of NC Raleigh-area asked vague questions but expected a specific answer. Example, instead of asking "were you ever late to work?" he asked "if i called your manager right now, what are the 3 weaknesses they'd share about you?" expecting me to say I showed up to work late. Just ask directly. Neither the recruiter nor the manager were clear that the position would require significant time away from the branch to do "outreach".
