The interview was a joke. I was interviewed by a manager, who was not prepared. I asked more questions than he did. He also did not do a very good job of explaining the position and the expectations. You were basically a prisoner to your desk during branch hours, and they will expect you to work six days a week but schedule you shorter days at the most inconvenient times so that you're only working allegedly 40 hours. It was awful. You couldn't even leave for lunch.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
